Q : How do I measure the hand size for the Hawaiian Bracelet ?

A : To measure the hand size for the Hawaiian Bracelet, you need to use a tape measurement to wrap around the largest part of your hand, ( where the Bracelet has to slip through it )  tightly as shown in the picture and read the inch mark on the tape which is your hand size for the Hawaiian Bracelet. ( The picture shows standard size 7.5" )

Q : What type of gold karat do you use to make your Hawaiian jewelry ?

A : Generally, we use 14 Karat yellow gold to make your Hawaiian jewelry.  However, white gold and 18 Karat gold are also available upon request.

Q : What is your warranty policy for the defective merchandise ?

A : All our products are delivered to you with a lifetime manufacturer defect warranty.  Wear-and-tear and abused items are not covered.

Q : What is your warranty policy for colored or black enamel on the lettering ?

A : Colored or Black enamel have lifetime warranty. In the event that our enamel comes off from your bracelet, simply send it to us with $10.00 prepaid postage.  We will service your merchandise and send it back to you within 5 working business days.

Q : What is your Return or Refund policy ?

A : Unfortunately, all our custom Hawaiian jewelry are " Order to Make" such as your personal name engraved.  Therefore, all sales are final.  However, for the Non custom made items, we have a 14 days EXCHANGE policy.
